Here she is at 8 months. 5.22.07
The below pictures are from Memorial weekend. We spent it up at my parents cabin. It was our first time up there and we did have a good time, but it felt like we had everything but the kitchen sink with us, so we were tired when we got home.
We got to sleep in the camper that is out back from the cabin. It is old, but everyone sleeps really well in it. We were a bit chilly, but blankets kept us warm. It was a nice place for us to get away from the noise. There were 17 people up there that weekend-in one cabin (with two tents)!!
Yes! These are from Memorial weekend. We took the kids to a park in town and it was so cold that we had to break out the winter hats! Caleb had a good time, but Ellie and I jumped back into the car after a few minutes.
Ellery was pretty tired, but she didn't quite feel like sleeping when we put her in her bed. I think that she couldn't quite figure out how to lay down from sitting up so she just fell asleep like this.
Caleb LOVED Papa's boat and still talks about going on the boat. Uncle Jon was good to me and took him down to the dock even though it was still pretty cold.
Ellery learned to pull up on things on 5.29. She thinks she's pretty cool these days and is trying pretty hard to keep up with her brother. It's cute now they kind of play together.

This picture was taken with Uncle Ben in mind. She was playing around with the hockey stick that he gave Caleb for his birthday and I couldn't resist taking the pic. Future hockey girl???
See, I'm not ALWAYS happy!

She just figured out how to stand up in her pack n play!
Ellery's first time in the pool.
She LOVED it, but Caleb wasn't so excited about it. Ellery even took a few spills and didn't get upset. She fell face first and didn't even cry!
Caleb was more interested in watering the plants and playing with his cars than being in the water.

Cute pictures! I think this was the first time I've seen a picture of Ellery not smiling. Glad to see your kiddos are enjoying this nice weather out in their pool. I'm half tempted to invest in one of those for me! Haha, hope all is well...take care!
