Tigger and a chicken-bawk bawk!

Happy Halloween!!!

Caleb seemed to enjoy his first experience trick-or-treating this year. We went out with our neighbors this evening. Isaac (he's 3) had gone last year and set a good example for how to get the goods. Ellery and I went to about 10 houses and then came back home to hand out our own candy. When Caleb got back with dad, he handed out some treats to the visitors that we had. He seemed to like handing the candy out better than he liked getting it. Naturally, though his favorite part was eating it-especially chocolate-doesn't he take after his daddy!

Here is the best shot we got of the two kids together. It was quite difficult to get them both to sit and smile!

Here's Ellery only 1/2 dressed waiting for the trick or treaters.
And my little Chicken. He chose this costume all by himself-over Thomas and Spidey.
Nice hair-she had just woken up from her nap.

Caleb loves to be in the drivers seat!

Monday night we carved our pumpkin. Caleb got into it a little more this year and Ellery definately liked the goo. She dug right in where he was still a little tenative of the slimy stuff. She even got a taste of a seed (uncooked-eewe!)

He did dig in a little bit.
We actually succeeded in getting them both to look!

The Halloween/Harvest party at my friend Kris' house. The kids age range is 10 years to 5 months. Our "little" group has grown so much in the last year and by march there will be 3 more!
Here we are at Gertens choosing our pumpkins.

Ellery's first hair cut. She behaved really well. Caleb did too. He sat in the stroller quietly watching while the lady cut her hair. I just had to get it trimmed. It was getting a little out of control.

"I love my blankie!"
